Dream Wisdom

six month journey Begins Jan 26th 2026
with Beth Forrester

Are you longing to access the innate wisdom that speaks to us in our dreams?

Would you like to connect with others who love exploring dreams in an embodied way?

If so, then this journey is for you.

Every night, our dreams offer us creative, wise and often mysterious stories about our life. They can be puzzling, troubling, beautiful and at times beyond our ability to understand. They are messages from a deeper and embodied wisdom, so what if we approached them from a place of curiosity and wonder rather than cognitive questioning. The skills from Focusing fit beautifully with dreamwork.

In focusing we listen to the wisdom of the body, we search for words and symbols that match how we’re feeling. The amazing thing is that is in dreams we are offered symbols about what’s going on in our life and we don’t even have to search for them. They are offered as a gift from the unconscious. Yet they can truly only be understood if we return to the place from which they came: the body.
