Wild Belonging retreat
Wednesday 17th - Sunday 21st Sep 2025, Polperro, Cornwall
"The forest knows where you are. You must let it find you.”
We belong to the natural world just as much as a the crow or deer, yet somehow we have forgotten this. We have found ourselves disconnected from our home and from all that sustains us. We have forgotten our place in the more than human world.
This immersive retreat will invite us to learn again how to listen and converse with the natural world, we will learn how to listen to it’s wisdom.
Using nature connection practices and the embodied practice of Focusing, and all held in community, we will find again our place in the bigger family of things.
What the retreat will involve:
Time alone in nature
Focusing partnerships
Group discussion and exploration around the fire
Activities, games and walks immersing ourselves in nature
Being in community
What you will go away with
A deeper connection to the natural world, each other and self.
Skills and practices that support you in connecting to nature away from the retreat.
A renewed sense of what it means to belong in the natural world.
