Sharing Focusing with groups is an eight week course, for anyone wanting to learn the essentials of sharing Focusing in groups, be that professionally, or within work and community contexts… or simply a group of friends The course is the launchpad for the BFA Teacher Training but can be take as a standalone course. (If you do want to become an accredited BFA teacher you would need to take this course and then carry on with the reminder of the Teacher Training. The essence of the training is to find your unique way of sharing, guiding and teaching Focusing with care and professionalism.
What will you learn?
This course is designed to support your process of crafting content and teaching or sharing Focusing to groups. The essence is: How can you share your love of Focusing in a clear, accessible and authentic way? The course will look at some or all of the following:
Finding your own approach and style
Teaching in a Focusing way
Workshop design - online and in person
Core elements and topics
Group process and safety
Marketing and materials
Who is this course for?
You will need to be currently in some kind of Focusing Training programme with me or another teacher. Or have completed the BFA Focusing Skills Certificate or equivalent with me or another teacher. .

Focusing Teacher Training
After completing the above course, you can continue onwards under my mentorship with the BFA Focusing Teacher Training. Main elements of the training will be:
Cohort gatherings throughout the year
1-1 Mentoring sessions
Assisting on classes
Crafting and teaching your own workshops/courses
How long does it take? The structured aspects of the training take 12 months, so I recommend that you plan to do the training over a period of between 12 and 18 months suited around your own needs and situation. Although this training is not as demanding as many other trainings, I would recommend building in approximately a few hours a week to give to the training as a whole.
How much does it cost?Approximately £1500. Payment plans available. A deposit is required to reserve your place. Further terms and conditions will be shared before any commitment is made.

Yes, up to two weeks per training module can be missed. I can send you the handouts and recording from the missed sessions.
