As humans, we were birthed from the forest… it is our birthplace and ancestral home. It is also a door way to a vast unknown, a place of mystery and intelligence. It is community of living beings we can listen to and be with.
We also have our body, another kind of community, a forest if you like, of unknown wisdom and connection.
On this long weekend retreat, we will open the doors to both of these worlds and learn to listen to the wisdom contained there.
Held near May Hill. Gloucestershire
Open to anyone - even if you are new to Focusing.

Begins 5pm Thursday 16th May and ends 2pm Sunday 19th May 2023
What the retreat will involve:
- Learning the essentials of Focusing (for those that need it)
- Group discussion and exploration around the fire
- Forest Bathing and Nature connection Activities, games and walks immersing ourselves in nature
- Reflective solo time in the forest
- Being in community
What you will go away with
- Skills and practices that support you in connecting to the wisdom and beauty of the natural world
- Ways of self connection that bring meaning and compassion and forward movement.
- A deeper connection to the natural world, each other and self.
Practicalities
One shared tent available to hire or
You will need your own camping kit (tent or shelter, sleeping mat and bag)
Two meals a day will be provided and cooked communally (breakfast and evening) so you will need to bring your own lunches. Full kit list will be shared 4 weeks before the event.
To keep our collective camp going, there will be daily tasks to share such as fire keeping and water collection.
Places are limited to 12 people

£ 260/170 low waged. Deposit £100 to secure your place. Concessions available. Pay through paypal/card below or contact me to pay by BACS.
